					<description>Hi JSG! Well, I'm glad to hear you're working out to really get your psyche integrated enough. Pls don't ever pray to take on the sufferings of a reality that is too far larger for you. Not even me, a guru already, takes on the karma of my nation or family or any reality larger than me. Focus on your own sufferings, but you can help other individuals (note: FOCUS ON INDIVIDUALS) by relaying information to them that can help them in their jobs, psyche, academics, etc--let the individual help himself/herself and DON'T PRAY TO CARRY HIS CROSS OR WHATEVER. If you want to add Light for healing, use Black Light, expose your whole body 30 minutes to it. You can use the light simultaneous with the salt &amp;#38; water meditation I recommended. That saves time for you. And, thirdly, listen to NATURE MUSIC or CELTIC MUSIC that is soft while doing the salt&amp;#38;water meditation. PLS AVOID ROWDY MUSIC such as rock or R&amp;#38;B or whatever pop there is. Okey, pls inform me from time to time of the results, I'd follow up on your healing. I'll pray for you too. Good luck!</description>

					<description>Hi...I med'd most of my adult life and then stopped after my breakdown as my psyche was v fragile for some years. I am now stronger and going back to med. is wonderful. I've used yr meditation 4 times so far, and it is marvelous. It will interest u to know that my b'down was triggered by praying to take on the suffering of the world...I realised doing your med that I never released it since! I am using Light (I can heal with Light etc) in the med to cleanse and release this imprint as intuitively I think this is key. :)</description>

Now, as for this particular practice of using the salt solution, the knowledge was new (I just got it from a fellow Teacher last January), and got no one among those bipolars I knew then to counsel it with (I guess they're pretty stable now, I don't hear from them anymore). Better try it, nothing to lose but your unstable condition. It's a mere re-adjustment of the yoga you're into right now. But I hope you're not just doing SOME YOGA, you have to immerse yourself fully into yoga meditation practice and not do it only when you're in the mood to do so.</description>
